The Hunger Group is a medium-sized company acting in the international markets, which was founded in 1945 in Frankenberg/ Saxony. Meanwhile it‘s one of the leading suppliers of hydraulic components and customer-specific hydraulic system solutions. The company is also active in the automotive engineering sector.

Even the company founder Dr. h.c. Walter Hunger was convinced that only a global presence will ensure the long-term competitiveness of a company. That’s why numerous subsidiary companies, for example in the United States, Great Britain, China, India and Korea and also agencies, among others in Brazil, Russia und Turkey have been added worldwide since 1973.

The products range from large and special cylinders and surface coatings to seals and bearing elements, hydraulic power packs, spherical plain bearings and rod ends, rotary actuators, honing stones and tools to repairs of hydraulic cylinders.

In the automotive field, Hunger focuses on fifth-wheel and trailer couplings. But also Stamped parts for the automotive industry and Tipping bodies are part of the product portfolio.
